ABOUT

The living world is beautiful, intricate, and highly ordered. Biological science is constantly revealing more about the organisms which are flourishing in virtually every location on earth. As well as increasing our general sense of wonder, these findings also raise questions about the meaning of what we see. What’s so special about life? Why are we here? Where is it all heading?

This project is an exploration of the living world through the eyes of six scientists, covering everything from individual molecules to whole ecosystems. These people are not just researchers, but they are also people of faith. Drawing on the work of two theologians, Dr Ruth Bancewicz explores their work, and the claim that the discoveries of science are consistent with the existence of a powerful, purposeful God.

Coming up in 2018: book by Ruth Bancewicz and fully illustrated by Danny Allison, videos, articles, discussion material for church-based small groups, school lesson material, events.
